  • Website: www.cobrown.com , and then Submit Claim. This will send an e-mail to Rebecca Danielson in our Claims Department.
    * Please note: A claim through e-mail is not considered submitted until you receive a confirmation by telephone from our Claims Department at C.O. Brown Agency .
